Alexandra Leigh LaForce, born December 11, 1988, is an American journalist, model and beauty contest winner. The present position she is an Turner Sports reporter and reports on the NBA for TNT. Prior to that, she was the primary reporter for SEC games as well as courtside reporter for college basketball. She also hosts We Need to Talk on CBS Sports Network. LaForce has also worked as reporter and broadcast sportscaster for WJW. This FOX-affiliate is located in Cleveland. For her anchoring FOX 8's Friday Night Touchdown high-school football show, she was awarded an Emmy award in 2011. Her title was Miss Teen USA in 2005. She was also a college basketball player at Ohio University. The pageantry of LaForce began when she was awarded Miss Ohio Teen USA in 2005. On August 8, the 8th of August, 2005 LaForce competed for the title of Miss Ohio for the Miss Teen USA 2005 pageant in Baton Rouge. LaForce took home her Miss Teen USA 2005 title for her efforts in three different competitions: swimsuit, evening wear as well as the interview. Shelley Hennig of Louisiana succeeded LaForce. Her mother, the late Lesa LaForce (nee Rummell), was Miss Ohio USA 1977. She won a modeling contract for a year with Trump Modeling Management and a award to The School for Film and Television, New York City. It was also the case that NBC soap Passions offered her an appearance.
